There is a $75 minimum for any appointment.

Customer to turn water on after technician arrives and checks backflow, test all zones, adjust sprinkler heads. (If sprinkler heads are in need of repair or replacement, it will be an additional charge.)

Blow out each zone with a high volume of compressed air to prevent freeze damage to your irrigation system and check heads for function. Please have your water turned off to your irrigation system prior to the technician’s arrival. We will flag any trouble spots if we find any.

Our standard irrigation service call includes a visit from an experienced irrigation technician to diagnose problems and perform routine repairs or adjustments needed to keep your system operating properly.

The service call includes:

• Travel to your property and initial system evaluation
• Running and inspecting the irrigation system to identify problems
• Troubleshooting valves, zones, sprinkler heads, controllers, wiring, and other system components
• Adjusting and aligning sprinkler heads for proper coverage
• Cleaning plugged nozzles and making minor adjustments when possible
• Identifying leaks, broken components, or other system deficiencies
• Up to 30 minutes of technician labor

Parts and materials are additional and will be charged based on what is needed to complete the repair. Additional labor beyond the time included in the service call may also be charged at our standard labor rate.

If a repair is unusually extensive or requires significant additional work or materials, IrrLawn Inc. will discuss the recommended repair with the customer before proceeding.

Please note: A service call covers diagnosis and routine repair work. It does not guarantee that every irrigation issue can be diagnosed or repaired during the initial visit. Underground leaks, wiring problems, valve failures, root damage, or other concealed conditions may require additional troubleshooting or a return visit.

Replacement of pressure vacuum breaker or RPZ backflow preventer.

Install Rachio Gen 3 controller and assist with setting up phone app. ***Must have good Wi-Fi strength.*** 

We will install our Rachio brand Wi-Fi enabled irrigation controller that can be controlled using your smart phone. $325 for a controller that will handle up to 8 zones or $375 for a controller that will handle up to 16 zones.

Aerate yard for up to 1/2 acre. Larger yards will cost more. Customer must flag heads and valve boxes or buried utilities/invisible fence not buried at least 4" underground before the appointment time. ***We are not responsible for damaging anything that is not flagged.***

Aerate yard and overseed with a sun/shade mix of seed for up to 1/2 acre. Larger yards will cost more. Customer must flag heads and valve boxes or buried utilities/invisible fence not buried at least 4" underground before the appointment time. ***We are not responsible for damaging anything that is not flagged.***

 We can locate buried irrigation control wires and valves; however, we cannot directly locate plastic irrigation pipe. Because control wire is typically installed alongside the main irrigation line, we can usually determine the approximate location of the main line by tracing the wire. Lateral irrigation lines located after the valves cannot be electronically located and must be located by digging.
