There is a $75 minimum for any appointment.

Customer to turn water on after technician arrives and checks backflow, test all zones, adjust sprinkler heads. (If sprinkler heads are in need of repair or replacement, it will be an additional charge.)

Blow out each zone with a high volume of compressed air to prevent freeze damage to your irrigation system and check heads for function. Please have your water turned off to your irrigation system prior to the technician’s arrival. We will flag any trouble spots if we find any.

Includes inspection by a certified inspector, a copy of the inspection report emailed to the homeowner and a copy submitted to the administrative authority and to the community public water supplier within 30 days of testing.

*The state of Minnesota requires annual testing of your irrigation backflow preventer by an ASSE certified technician to ensure yard contaminants such as fertilizers, bacteria’s or animal feces does not enter the city’s potable water system.

Replacement of pressure vacuum breaker or RPZ backflow preventer.

Install Rachio Gen 3 controller and assist with setting up phone app. ***Must have good Wi-Fi strength.*** 

We will install our Rachio brand Wi-Fi enabled irrigation controller that can be controlled using your smart phone. $325 for a controller that will handle up to 8 zones or $375 for a controller that will handle up to 16 zones.

Aerate yard for up to 1/2 acre. Larger yards will cost more. Customer must flag heads and valve boxes or buried utilities/invisible fence not buried at least 4" underground before the appointment time. ***We are not responsible for damaging anything that is not flagged.***

Our designer/gardener will work with you to design plantings that would fit your tastes and the environment that they will be planted in. When you book our installation services, we will credit your $100 consult fee.

We will come out and discuss mulch color and measure beds to determine how much mulch would be needed. We will email a quote after consultation.
